My work focuses on environmental, economic and social sustainability, including diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). I help clients develop regenerative products and services, rethink their business operations and ensure both digital and in-person services are accessible to all.
Drawing on Elinor Ostrom’s Nobel Prize-winning research on ecological transitions, my approach centres around three key interconnected activities:

In a foundational awareness session, we identify knowledge gaps. Then, in tailored courses, lectures and workshops, I bring you and your team up to speed on what it takes to drive regenerative practices across your organisation.
We cover the principles of regeneration and ecological models of governance and stewardship.

Based on that foundational work, we explore and describe your organisation’s purpose, uncover its foundational goals and societal contributions, and map your organisational ecosystem.
We then conduct a sustainability assessment to understand your current position: your current sustainability practices; areas for improvement; longer-term future goals; and possible paths to achieve them.

We will create a transition route map where at the core will be sustainability intervention points - with a focus on tangible opportunities for regenerative business innovation.
As part of this process and using a decision-support tool derived from my PhD research, we prioritise steps in your transition journey. Based on this work, your transition roadmap will feature actions and milestones to ensure efficient implementation and tracking of your progress.
