Strategic designer, innovation lead & transformation partner
I work across strategic foresight, human-centred design, innovation and organisational transformation.
For more than 15 years, I have led complex programmes across healthcare, public services, energy, technology and finance, from setting direction and developing products and services to building the governance and capabilities that make change last.
My experience spans consultancies and organisations in London, Toronto and Berlin. At NHS England, I helped scale internal innovation expertise and trained more than 1,000 health and social care professionals. My PhD explored how economic transformation and the commons can strengthen organisational stewardship and support longer-term change.

RESEARCH & WRITINGExploring the conditions for responsible, longer-term transformation
My PhD examined how design, systems thinking and the commons can support organisational stewardship and regenerative economics.
I am co-author of Commoning for a Regenerative World in The Bloomsbury Handbook of Service Design (2026) and author of Commoning by Design (2024).
